We are here for you to show how we love to pack your orders with confidence and joy to the people who are waiting for them. Our processes for a range of various product arrangements to simple common ones. Enjoy our style of fulfilment and the process of our fulfilment of common orders requested.
Small Products
Small Parcels are commonly used with satchels for shipment. We work with a range of materials mostly those that hold internal padding within the parcel for better protection.
- Use a Padded Bag PBDM 22×17 size
- Insert the product into the padded bag
- Seal the bag and compact as tightly as possible
Large Products
Even in 2024, we will use our carriers’ parcel material for the simplicity of shipments to where goods are sent around the country. Medium or large parcels will be assessed on their packaging and done so in a highly effective manner.
- Use a flatmate satchel XL size
- Insert the product into the satchel
- Secure the bag tightly
Multiple Products
Have a range of products that go out in a bundle? No problem, we will combine them together in the most economical way.
- Use a Padded Bag PB02 28×22 size
- Insert the product into the padded bag
- Seal the bag and compact as tightly as possible
Odd Shapes
Packing in 2024 requires flexibility. For odd-shaped items, we commonly contain and seal them into boxes for safety and ease of shipping.
- Use a Box S 33 x 25 x 22 size
- Seal one side of the box and place a piece of cardboard on the inside.
- Put the product inside the box and add air pillows for volume management
- Seal the box securely and tape it together
Products with half covered outsides
For products that have marketing material on the outside where it’s possible to slip off during shipping, we take good care of these items in the following manner.
- Use a Box S 31 x 16 x 15 size
- Seal one side of the box and place a piece of cardboard on the inside.
- Put the product inside the box and add air pillows for volume management
- Seal the box securely and tape it together

Do you provide Eco Packaging ?
Yes. Our boxes are 100% recyclable cardboard from an ethical supplier. Our packaging options also include satchels that will breakdown in the compost bin.
How many orders can you send out a day?
As of 2024, our Perth warehouse has the capacity to fulfil 700 orders a day off-peak, 900 orders a day on-peak; and
Our Melbourne warehouse has the capacity to fulfil 500 orders a day off-peak, and 700 orders a day on-peak.
How many sizes do you work with?
We work with 32 different types of materials ranging from satchels, standard boxes, unique boxes such as wine boxes and tubes. We work hard to be versatile for your packing and fulfilment needs.
