1. Prepare Return Label

We humbly ask you to provide us with the return label in the internal chat of the corresponding order.

2. Receiving the Return

We will report the arrival of the return under the internal chat of the corresponding order.

3. Disposal Decision

After 3 months after the arrival of the return, we will either dispose or send it to your designated address.

Management

A 3-step process

Step 1: Request

We can help you create a return label for your customer so they can return the product to KeepSpace.

Step 2: Receive

When we receive the return, we will inform you that it has arrived and we will store it in your returns box.

Step 3: Collect

You can instruct us to dispose of the returns, keep them until you collect them from our warehouse(s) or have them shipped to your desired address.
