We’re looking to grow our operations team with an in-house operator in our  Melbourne branch.

This will require someone who is detailed orientated and accuracy focused and loves providing a high quality service to callers, emails, live chat and chat system enquires.

• Understand Start up culture and also open transparent Culture #Number 1
• A years experience with customer support.
• Great mathematical understanding. (cubic measurements, square meterage and ft to meter conversion)
• Very high attention to detail
• Forklift Ticket is preferable (but can apply as we can train)
• Cherry Picker Ticket is preferable (but can apply as we can train)
• Strong understanding of multiple software programs will be highly favourable such as:
  • Ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Woo Commerce)
  • Logistics platforms (DHL, Aus Post, TNT portals)
• Have amazing problem solving skills
• Have great spacial awareness.
• Work well in communicating in a team
• Not nervous in sharing both positive and negative feedback in how we can always improve KeepSpace
• Ability to Priorities
• An understanding of ecommerce or logistics will be highly looked at.
