Return to Us
You can organize a Return Order for your customer without hassle. We’ll provide a returns label for the customer to attach on their parcel, streamlining the returns process once we receive it at the facility. We also have processes in place for cases such as:
- Recall Shipments We can request a shipment to return to the facility in emergencies where changes need to be made. Not applicable for all shipments, but useful for standard B2C parcels.
- RTS (return to sender) Our shipping partners automatically return orders that your customer failed to collect or receive.
Clean Consolidation
Easily review and handle quality checks on your terms.
As a standard across all organizations that joins us, you’ll be assigned to a dedicated Returns Box. All your returns are neatly consolidated into that box, ready for you to collect or have shipped to an address of your choice.
Automated Clearance
Automate the returns process and focus on your priorities. We schedule a quarterly clearance of your Returns Box throughout the financial year. Either shipping the goods to your chosen address- or processing them through discreet disposal, if they don’t meet your standards based on customers’ feedback.
- Quarterly Schedule Clearance during Sept, Dec, Mar & Jun
- Discreet Disposal At your discretion, we consider alternatives such as recycling or donation to minimize waste.
