This will initiate an automated chat with our team to ensure clear communication. Please make sure to include any specific packing requests before clicking “create outbound order.”
You want to add an instruction process to your product. So basically this means, like, maybe how to pack the product, how to, uh, how you want the package to be, like, taken care of.
Uh, what we’re gonna do is click on orders. So let’s say you’re gonna give a product to a customer. What we’re gonna do is, just like how you would, uhm, create outbound orders, uhm, but what we’re gonna do here is focus on, basically, the instructions part.

And, uh, let’s see. We want, We want to, uh, have a special instruction for this process. What we’re gonna do is click on whichever, uhm, shipping you want.
And then, uh, put the reference or the order number. And then, this is where, where you will be putting the instructions, basically.
So this will, like, au- create an automated chat. With, uh, with us, so that we know what, uh, what you want for this specific product.
So let, let’s say, uh, I want it packed, I want it packed into a bundle with the other, other products.
So you’re just gonna put on the instructions here as needed. It will automatically start a chat with us and then just click create outbound order and the chat will be there with, with, uh, with us.
