Can I visit the warehouse?
Yes you can visit our warehouse with a booked inspection to which you can organise by contacting us.

Do I need to download any software?
No do you do not need to download anything for our system to operate. Our platform is a browser based on which you can operate from any platform that you wish to work with via IOS and Microsoft systems. Our applications for API on Shopify and apple can be downloaded is you wish to utilise those extensions if you wish.
How do I pay for my account?
We invoice weekly based on the Monday and process invoices via credit card for tier 1 and 2 companies but can have options for larger organisations to do bank transfers and work directly with our accounts receivable team.
Can I change my Tier level?
To increase your Tier level is showing a constant volume of movement within the following brackets, also be aware that a decrease in volume can also cause for the Tier level to move down if there is a constant order volume in a lower bracket.

- 1,000 – 3,000 / month
- 3,000 – 8,000 / month
- 8,000 – 15,000 / month

Sadly based on our experience we have found that online sellers who have not made an online sale yet wishing to utilise our services we have had multiple poor experiences and therefore require that there is significant evidence of sales movement or previous sale movement to allow us to consider moving forward together.
How fast can I start using KeepSpace?
Onboarding with KeepSpace is done in these’s steps
- Create an Account on KeepSpace Platform
- Receive a Proposal
- Have a Tour of the facility (in person/virtual)
- Create the products on the platform
- Generate an inbound order of the products created on the platform
- Create orders manually or API order generate to KeepSpace platform
Once these steps are done it, you are up and running. Most of these steps can be done in a day and some will take some time on how you wish to measure this in your own time. It can be done in as fast as 48 hours and as long as 3 months depending on your unique case.
