SUMMARY
In this video, I walk you through the process of making an outbound order. We start by navigating to the orders section and selecting outbound, then I guide you on adding a new standard order and entering customer details. It’s important to ensure that the products you want to add are in stock, as you won’t be able to proceed with items that aren’t available. I also cover selecting a shipping method and adding any necessary comments or documents to the order. Please make sure to follow these steps carefully to complete your outbound order successfully.
To make an outbound order, this video is for you. So what we’re gonna do is click on orders here, then click outbound.
Then afterwards, you can see, like, the list of outbounds here already. And if they’re progressing, cancelled, and the likes. So what we’re gonna do is we’re gonna click on add outbound order, then we click standard, or we click continue if we already have an existing, uhm, working outbound order that
we have already not finished yet. But we’re gonna click on standard. Then, what we’re gonna do is we’re gonna put the customers, uh, here, the customer details here.
And then, uh, you’re gonna You don’t need to fill this in anymore because you already put in the customer in the past.
But in case there’s, like, slight changes, this still can be changed. So, uh, it still can be changed. Then we click on next.
Then we put in the delivery address of this customer here. So that is, like, possibly their, uh, delivery address.
And then what we’re gonna do is we’re gonna pick on which warehouse, uh, this product will be coming from. So next, uh, you might be a little bit, uh, shocked, I guess.
None of the products are showing up here. What you’re gonna do is actually click here to search. So, uh, you can type in, audio, audio.
Or, yeah, here. So here we see that there is still stock in the warehouse, but this one has no stock.
So, uh, whenever there’s no stock, make sure to not add it to the order because how can you do an outbound if there’s actually no stock?
So we’re gonna remove this from the list, and then just add in, uh, the details needed. So this is one.
Uh, this can still be changed, I guess, the sold value, and then the cost value. Then what we’re gonna do is click on the shipping method for this.
Okay, so let’s just pick whatever is necessary for you, and then, uh, it should insurance is applicable only for insured shipping methods, so make sure to get a shipping method that has insurance in case you want to add.
And then, uh, we can put in the order number here. Then attach a document. And then, uh, comment, uh, you can add in a comment, uh, for anything you would like to provide on the order.
Then we OK. Click on next. Then we get to see a gist, in case we want to change anything. And once all is good, click create outbound order.
And all is good. Then just wait for it to be shipped and processed.
