As regular attendees of the Spacecubed community, we had the privilege to share about KeepSpace’s soft launch during our presentation. We were invited to the West Tech Fest to present about KeepSpace, held at Perth Town Hall. Our lovely audience was Perth’s start-up and business community. We had the pleasure to meet the Lord Mayor of Perth, who praised us for our innovation in the storage industry services.

KeepSpace continues to build multiple partnerships with a range of ecommerce stores within Perth that are doing amazing things.

We have been so grateful to be able to use our technology, skills and logistics to create the best synergy for our ecommerce providers that are selling their goods across multiple platforms. We have increased our integration to also include Xero and BigCommerce.

Realising the importance of integration with existing systems, we began developing a more robust and improved API integrating system for KeepSpace to continue supporting our ecommerce users.

By improving our API and documentation, we will have greater access to supporting a larger range of users within ecommerce.

With our growing user base and our fulfilment partners, we have completed 500 orders! All orders have been picked and packed by our operations team and shipped out from our warehouse to be delivered across Australia!

This has been an exciting achievement and milestone for us at KeepSpace.

We came back to present KeepSpace to the Morning Startup community. We shared about the growing success of KeepSpace while sharing with ecommerce businesses how to best market their businesses to a group of targeted markets for their product demographic.

We have successfully integrated Amazon Australia into our management platform. It allows orders from Amazon to enter our system. Our system will communicate with your Amazon account and pull in your online orders.

Boom! We fulfiled 5000 orders at KeepSpace!

After a long-awaited request, we brought the Users of KeepSpace together to share the good, the bad and the messy side of building an ecommerce business. This event of over 50 people had no holding backs, sharing the wins and the losses. Giving back the human side of this crazy world we call ecommerce.

As we got to know more and more businesses, we realised the importance of informing them about the best practices and improvements to get their business organised for growth.

We had the pleasure to present about ecommerce order fulfilment, SKU management and importing and exporting to the ecommerce community. We also were able to share about the huge market size of China and get local ecommerce businesses excited about the massive potential in the land just up north.

We re-located to our new premises as of the 2nd of January. We took possession of a site location that was three times larger than our earlier placement, enabling us to expand and grow substantially.

We are so grateful for the opportunity to be able to manage some of the great ecommerce businesses growing out there.

We are so proud of all of the companies that joined us on this journey. Also, a big shout out to the team that shipped them out safely and securely.

In response to the growing ecommerce community, we have begun running quarterly events that cover various ecommerce topics. We named this series of events the Ecommerce Experience.

This is a partnership with Spacecubed where we help build and grow the ecommerce community here in Perth.

Creating that WOW experience is critical. Nothing does it more than getting your parcel into the hands of customers the next day across the nation.

We have now established the affordable ability to have our users’ products (under 5kg) sent straight into their customers’ hands the next day. Available for all Australian places.

After months of hard work, we have finally completed and released version 3.0. This update provides a range of new functions and abilities within our view platform. It is to help ecommerce businesses make quick and effective decisions with their orders. Plus, it is faster and ready for more future updates.

We sent out 50000 orders from our KeepSpace warehouse!

It was approximately one year from our last milestone, and we achieved more than twice the amount! A big high five to all the companies on the journey with us. Also, a big shout out to the team that achieved this number.

Our team had started small. Now, our team has grown to 16 incredible people! Each one of them has gone through a unique walk of life. We share our values with our local community as well as the users to interact with us daily. Go, team!

It was super exciting to have our new premises extension on the 1st of January. We now have an entire 1600 square metre warehouse under our name! It is a mind-blowing achievement to manage this whole floor for our users in Perth. So grateful for the amazing growth we have had.

We have had our first financial year with an excellent turnout, and as such, we had provided back a small portion of it to our shareholders. Thankfully, 96% of our shareholders are team members that work within KeepSpace. We were thrilled to give back for the hard work that the team has done.

Our team has been working diligently on our system to be able to build up and compete against the current leading players in this space. Our sole purpose is to be able to bring a system that is flexible and supportive to the growing ecommerce community with the thought of the end in mind. In August, we will be launching our new Admin Panel, a picking app called PickRun and our packing app called VIN.

Months and months of hard work and function requests have placed this as the focus since last year. Now, we can expect to finally see this available.

It took 4 years to hit our first 100000 orders. We’ve managed to hit our second round in less than a year!

Our vision for the east coast has been set back for 2 years. COVID kicked in and software challenges came up. We had to brush up on our internal policies and manage our financial growth. It shows how expanding your business with a long-term strategy format is a big challenge.

Now our expansion to Melbourne is finally done and open! Amazing effort for everyone to be able to help us get Melbourne up and running while we continue to set the standards of our business practises.

As an amazing Christmas present, we have developed our software to achieve multi-warehousing inventory management! This means duplicating our digital shelves for where our awesome users’ stock will be located within our facilities. This fantastic accomplishment also came with the astounding 300,000 order milestone.

It has been a time of refining since the release of our Picking application, PickRun. Now, we have expanded it to have a new processing function!

We are proud to share with you the release of our internal inbound application, which now allows our goods that arrive to be processed even faster than they already are.

We have seen the potential in our mobile devices and placed in some streamlined processes that work directly with the platform and your portals to speed up the movement within the warehouse.

So many of our testing applications have been built within our warehouse administration platform. Next, we will bring forward our new feature release in Version 4.0 with an overhaul to the UX/UI experience for both mobile and website.

We will have a massive update to the platform to show you your batched orders, a more refined timing schedule run, improved communication placements, automated shipping quotes, cleaner reporting and analysing, and better data runs based on marketing campaigns and return structuring updates. Very excited to bring these in the upcoming release.

Liked the software that we have built over the years? It’s coming down the line to be the first product we will bring to the market that will be fully functional with all of our warehouses around the world. The SAAS system will allow any ecommerce businesses with their own space to utilise it.

We have worked closely with ecommerce companies for over 7 years and have built what they needed to grow and expand internationally. It has been our long-term direction to provide this software to anyone who wants to start an ecommerce company and manage their inventory in a fully featured and practical way.

All of the features and functions that we have been able to perfect and implement within our warehouses, we will provide it to all so that it will be the easiest and simplest way to implement for themselves the needs of processing orders within their locations while providing the added benefit to expand to any of our warehouses for scalability.
